Industrial Property Sales is Severely Undersupplied

I've just never seen buyer demand like this for industrial property in Sydney ever. And I’m even including the market peak a couple of years ago.

The capital for Australian industrial just keeps coming. It just keeps coming. There’s nothing for sale in Sydney.

There’s a huge price range that investors are active in and there still isn’t enough stock. We did a video months ago saying that there wasn’t enough for sale in Sydney. The capital kept coming, so people were going to have to look elsewhere.

We suggested Brisbane would be the biggest beneficiary - and it was. Brisbane has seen the most turnover in industrial property it has ever had.

But that doesn’t take away from the fact that there is so much qualified money looking for industrial in Sydney, ready to deploy, and there’s very little available.
