Stop Ignoring Social Media - It’s Your Biggest Advantage

I go back to what I said before again. Everyone’s got a television station in their pocket now. We’re just capitalizing on that.

I was at a restaurant recently with our head of marketing and there was about twenty-five seats around the outside. She and I were sitting in the middle. Everybody’s just doing this by themselves having their lunch, just scrolling like this.

We want to get on those screens and we want to put your property on those screens, getting your property in front of more people. That’s our number one goal.

Every agent should just steal that script. Just pause, rewind, and steal that and put it in your listing presentation because that’s dynamite.
