One Commercial has appointed respected capital markets executive John Stinson as Senior Director, Capital Markets & Advisory, in a move that strengthens the firm’s institutional sale and advisory platform and accelerates its national expansion strategy.
Stinson, formerly Executive Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield Asia Pacific Capital Markets and Partner at Brookfield Financial, brings over two decades of leadership experience across Asia-Pacific real estate markets, including Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Seoul, Tokyo and Shanghai. His expertise spans investment sales, advisory and capital markets, working with global institutions, sovereign wealth funds, and family offices.
