Michael Binskin

Michael Binskin is a Director of One Commercial, responsible for the sale and acquisition of commercial, investment and development sites across Metropolitan Sydney, with more than 20 years' experience in the real estate industry. For the majority of that time he has specialised in the commercial sector, with a primary focus on industrial sales and leasing and residential development sites.

Prior to joining One Commercial, Michael was a Director of LJ Hooker Commercial South Sydney | Inner West and X Commercial, and earlier in his career worked with two of the big four agencies, where he concentrated on the South Sydney market. This has given him deep relationships and market coverage across South Sydney, the Inner West and the Parramatta Road corridor.

Michael combines detailed transactional evidence with a strong working knowledge of NSW planning frameworks, allowing him to accurately position assets with development, rezoning or repositioning potential and to clearly articulate that value to the market. He is experienced across expressions of interest, auction and private treaty campaigns, and is respected by his clients for his honesty and for delivering outstanding results.
