He is known for his commitment to providing clients with top-tier service. Over the decades, his focus has been on business park markets in Macquarie Park/North Ryde, Rhodes, Sydney Olympic Park, and Norwest, as well as managing portfolio clients across Australia and New Zealand markets.
He maintains strong relationships with both institutional and private clients, having completed sales and leasing transactions for organisations such as NextDC, Mirvac, Goodman, Charter Hall, DEXUS, GPT, Quest Group, Stockland, AMP Capital, CPG Australia, and NextSense, among others. Given this experience, Arland is well placed to offer commentary on sales and leasing trends nationally.
