Arland, a Partner and One Commercial’s National Head of Investment Sales, has over 25 years of experience across commercial, industrial, and residential asset classes. He prides himself on delivering high-level service to clients. For the past 15 years, Arland has focused on business park markets in Macquarie Park/North Ryde, Rhodes, Sydney Olympic Park, and Norwest.
He has a robust network with institutional and private clients and has successfully sold and leased properties for NextDC, Mirvac, Goodman, Charter Hall, DEXUS, GPT, Quest Group, Stockland, AMP Capital, Lindsey Bennelong, Mirvac, and NextSense. Arland is well-positioned to comment on sales and leasing trends within metropolitan Sydney.
