As Senior Facilities Manager at One Commercial, Alan is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and performance of client assets, delivering practical solutions that support long-term asset value and tenant satisfaction.
Alan joins One Commercial with extensive experience working with leading organisations including Goodman, Cushman & Wakefield, and BGIS. During his time at BGIS, he was responsible for managing Long Bay Correctional Centre, a highly complex and operationally demanding facility requiring strong leadership, compliance oversight, and operational precision.
Alan brings a wealth of knowledge across facilities operations, contractor management, compliance, preventative maintenance, and stakeholder engagement. His proactive approach and attention to detail ensure assets operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
